Using this website means accepting these terms. In plain words: Loans Regina is a free loan connection service and not a lender, it gives no advice, it cannot promise a match, and any loan you sign is a contract between you and a licensed lender under Saskatchewan law.
What you are using
Loans Regina is a free loan connection service and an independent publisher, not a lender. It explains how payday and installment loans work in Regina and the rest of Saskatchewan and carries one apply button that leads to a lender matching service used by licensed lenders. The site holds no licence under The Payday Loans Act because it lends no money and decides nothing about credit.
No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or credit advice. The pages describe the rules and the arithmetic; they cannot see your pay or your rent and cannot tell you whether to borrow. The disclaimer says more.

We cannot promise a match
Pressing the apply button does not mean a lender will make you an offer. Each lender that sees your application decides on its own, and some applications receive no offer. Approval rests on employment income and an active chequing account; the how it works page explains what a decline usually means.
The lender's agreement governs
Every loan you take is a contract with the lender named on the agreement, not with this site, and that agreement governs the amount, the cost and the repayment date. For a payday loan the contract sits under The Payday Loans Act and The Payday Loans Regulations, and the lender must hold a licence from the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan for each location it lends from, online included. A licence is not an endorsement.
The statute, not these terms, gives you a cost of no more than $14 per $100 borrowed, a maximum of $1500 repaid in one payment on your next pay date within 62 days, a loan no larger than 50% of your net pay for the pay period, the right to cancel at no cost by the end of the next business day after signing, and a ban on rollovers and on a second payday loan while one is open. An installment loan runs on its own agreement under the federal 35% APR ceiling in section 347 of the Criminal Code.

The referral fee
When a loan funds for someone who arrived through this site, the lender pays us a referral fee, the site's only income. It sits between the lender and us, adds nothing to what you repay, and we never bill you. The referral disclosure sets out the mechanics and the privacy page describes what the apply button sends.
Saskatchewan law
These terms, and any dispute about this site, are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The pages are written for adults; the age of majority in Saskatchewan is 18.

Copyright and acceptable use
The text on this site belongs to its publisher and the photographs to their photographers under the Pexels licence. You may read the pages, link to them and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy whole pages, scrape them or republish them under another name.
Limits on liability
The site is offered as it is. We accept no liability for decisions you make after reading it, for the acts of any lender or of the matching service, or for either being unavailable when you need them. Where Saskatchewan or federal law does not allow such a limit, it does not apply.

Changes to these terms
These terms change when the law or the site changes, and the date at the top moves with them. Using the site after a change means accepting the new terms. Questions go through the contact page, and the about page says who we are.
